And like a switch my mood took a complete turn. For no apparent reason I felt my heart drop into that same dreadful, bottomless abyss. And then I was just fighting away the tears.

 I wish I wasn't so weak. I wish I could have just continued leaving you with only happy times and memories. But maybe putting up a brave front and deliberately ignoring all those pent-up sadness and frustrations is taking a huge toll on me now. They're all coming back with a vengeance and I find myself constantly losing the battle against those negative emotions.
And I'm getting tired.
